Room navigation, can I get out of the bed without running into another piece of furniture? How easy is it to get replacement towels, linens, etc.? Is the breakfast area clean and prepared in accordance with certified food handlers' preparation expectations? I also take into consideration the hygiene of the staff, taking care of one's appearance is equal to taking care of things they manage or are in charge of. I found all of this here. And easy wifi password included on your key pocket card. What a great idea! Fancy places have you searching the room for the code. There are many needful stores, restaurants, and gas stations within walking distance. There are options of rooms close to the main roads or away from them. It is easy to enter and exit the parking lot as the roads are not congested. Tea and coffee ALL DAY! And to think I use to stay at a Hilton and pay high prices for less service.

Due to the rate I wasn't expecting but so much. I was pleasantly surprised by the facility as a whole, from check in to leisure time at the pool. The breakfast was delicious. Every staff member I encountered from front desk to maintenance and housekeeping really made us feel welcomed. My daughter's trip to VA to see family for her 18th birthday was made much easier by having no issues at the hotel.

The man at the front desk, who was also running the entire breakfast show the next morning is amazing. So professional and nice and works exceptionally hard. That’s the kind of employee every business wishes it had. Breakfast was very nice, tons of options.
